I. Structural Introduction
The device is installed vertically,composed of a 2-axis precision heavy-duty L-type positioner and a pulse-based digital welding power supply from a leading domestic brand,which is suitable for welding the tower base of steel structural components in power angle steel towers.
Total number of shafts:6-axis robot+2-axis positioner,the workstation with a total of 8 axes.
1. CNC dual-axis L-type positioner,vertical axis and horizontal axis, heavy-load helical gears and high-precision roller rotary bearings were adopted. Specialized high-torque, high-precision reducer for RV robots; large-inertia brake-type servo motor, highly precise, accurate, stable positioning with long service life, equipped with a dedicated rapid clamping chuck for quick and secure engagement, ensuring precise, stable, and safe positioning angles.
2.The position controller employs high-temperature-resistant and highly flexible solder-coated wires from a renowned brand, and the hidden direct connection is secure and reliable.
3.The robot is equipped with a 6-axis joint from a leading domestic brand, specialized welding robot body with an aviation-grade aluminum high-pressure profiled hollow design robotic arm, and it features high strength, fast operating speed, and stable positioning accuracy.
II. The robotic welding workstation is divided into:
1. Single workstation (One robot is equipped with one positioner)
2. Double station workstations(One robot is equipped with 2 positioners)
Adopt “1+2” continuous welding mode (single robot + dual-workstation positioning machine),achieve simultaneous welding and loading/unloading. The robot operates continuously without interruption, maximizing equipment utilization and enhancing production efficiency.
